“I had another company come out to do the steam cleaning. It became a bait and switch situation and I asked them to leave after giving me a price double then what I was quoted. The guys were so embarrassed by what their boss did, one of them gave me the name of Edelweiss when I asked if they knew of another company that can help me out. He not only gave me the name of Edelweiss, but raves about this company.To my surprise, Connie was so nice on the phone when I called to make an appointment. As it turned out, we had to cancel the service due to one of the guys being sick, but we rescheduled and they are coming out soon to do the job.Just from the interaction I have dealt with, I am certain this company is not only one of the best I have dealt with and stand behind their services, but will do a superior job in steam cleaning our sectional and sofa.
