I had another company come out to do the steam cleaning. It became a bait and switch situation and I asked them to leave after giving me a price double then what I was quoted. The guys were so embarrassed by what their boss did, one of them gave me the name of Edelweiss when I asked if they knew of another company that can help me out. He not only gave me the name of Edelweiss, but raves about this company.To my surprise, Connie was so nice on the phone when I called to make an appointment. Edelweiss stands out above any other remediation companies for their professionalism and dedication to getting things done right. I have used them for two very large water damage remediations involving mold, and I have found them to be highly ethical as a company and highly skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated as people. No one else shows up and goes the extra mile the way they do. I trust them completely to see things through to the end with highly complicated and detailed jobs. They are a small company who treats every job with meticulous care.

As someone with respiratory sensitivity to mold, they are the only remediation company I trust to be as careful and thorough as I need for my health. They have done two big, complicated water damage / mold remediation jobs for me in the past decade, and I don't think any other company would have worked with me with the diligence and specificity that they have always maintained. These are good people who truly know what they are doing -- which is an unbeatable combination!
