“Tim Curry of Design Solutions is the best combination of creativity, practicality, attention to detail and professionalism that I have encountered in my extensive experience with contractors and designers. (I’ve been involved in 9 remodeling projects in 5 towns.) At several junctures of the project – beginning with my original idea to expand a small porch and later when we were working on details such as cabinetry and lighting – he offered suggestions that achieved my goals but were more cost-effective and better aesthetically. In addition to improving the functionality of the small porch, he designed and built a cover for a large irregularly shaped portal/patio that neither felt cozy nor provided any protection from the New Mexico sun. The finished result adds about 400 sq. feet of what feels like another room to the house. He also managed various updates to the interior that fulfilled the potential of its already excellent “bones.” The house’s previous owners had used him for a complicated drainage/foundation project, and he came to the real estate inspection on a Saturday afternoon just so that he could answer any questions I had and facilitate the sale for his clients. His crew and sub-contractors were top-notch: skilled, respectful of the property and beyond patient with my dogs. Tim truly is a Designer/Builder in the largest sense of the words, and I really envy anyone that hires him to build a house from scratch since I’m sure that would be an even more impressive display of his vision and competence.“

“My wife and I purchased our Garcia Street adobe home in 2017. Built during the mid-1800’s it is considered a “contributing” property in the historic Eastside of Santa Fe. We closed escrow with the understanding that there was a lot of deferred maintenance that would need to be addressed as well some major interior renovations. New to Santa Fe, we needed to find a contractor/designer who could walk us through the process and the resources to get the job done. Fortunately, our real estate agent was experienced with properties such as ours and without hesitation recommended Adam Fried of Luna Design and Build. We liked Adam and his team immediately. Adam was well versed in the permitting process, working with both the city and the Historic Board and expediting the process. Luna Design has essentially restored and in some cases rebuilt our home¬–literally top to bottom¬¬– from roofing stucco, flooring and plumbing and electrical to engineering, and a new historically-accurate portal in the backyard. Currently Luna Design is putting the finishing touches on an interior rebuild of our historic casita. More importantly Luna Design was always accessible and available to our many questions and concerns. Adam has a great eye for design and aesthetics. His attention to detail is superb. All along the way his suggestions have proved invaluable. Adam is also a gifted trouble shooter with sub-contractors and a great communicator. All of this adds up to a process made far less arduous than is common in complex projects such as this. The results have been stunning. We’re proud of our home and grateful that in finding Luna Design and Build, we were able to bring this historic property back to life.“

“June 28 (my birthday), we woke up to our master bathroom flooded due to a failed fitting on our bathtub hookup. Once getting the insurance approval, AGM Konstruction sprung into action. They remodeled our whole bathroom! This company was not only very time/ cost efficient but amazing at what they do. They did our whole subfloor, shower, free floating vinyl floor, vanitys and a lot more. What turned out to be a very stressful situation ended with us having a very nice brand new bathroom. Every employee from this company we encountered was very professional and friendly. Ambrose and Julio bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied with our bathroom. To say the least it was nothing but a pleasure to do business with them. We are now currently looking at having them back to do a porch for us this summer. I highly Recommend these folks.
