“Last year during the windy season a section of our metal roof was blown off in the high winds. I called Manual and he had his crew at my house within hours securing the damaged section from further damage. He ordered the replacement metal panels and his crew removed and replaced the damaged section. They were very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job at a very fair price. This year a completely different section of roof was damaged by the wind. I called Manuel and he had his guys here the next day. I would certainly recommend Yarris to others.“

David was patient for a couple years during the covid crisis as we went on and off the market and awaited a prospective buyer for this big job/investment. Great communication. Clear. No nonsense throughout the process. When we got our buyer and green lighted the project, he completed the everything quickly, correctly, with pride in his work, ahead of schedule and on quote. This satisfied our buyer on an issue that could have scared them off and we closed our sale on time. He fulfilled all his promises, working with the structural engineer so we got a perfect post-repair report. We also had a plaster repair crop up related to some plumbing work and he and his crew knocked that out quickly and with polish, matching and blending the repaired area to the existing paint.
