My wife and I purchased our Garcia Street adobe home in 2017. Built during the mid-1800’s it is considered a “contributing” property in the historic Eastside of Santa Fe. We closed escrow with the understanding that there was a lot of deferred maintenance that would need to be addressed as well some major interior renovations. New to Santa Fe, we needed to find a contractor/designer who could walk us through the process and the resources to get the job done.
