Sierra West Sales

We needed a new built in refrigerator and ran into global supply chain issues. Judy Chafee, our sales contact made many calls on our behalf to find a built in that would work for us. When we expressed interest in a brand Sierra West doesn't sell, Judy gave us the name of a competitor that carries that brand. Ultimately we got a refrigerator that we are happy with from Sierra West.

Jo-Ann from Sierra West designed and supervised the remodeling of our kitchen. She did an excellent job and we are thrilled with the result. She was always available, never hurried us and the quality of the cabinets, countertop etc is excellent.

Feb 2022

Although we had to wait a few months for the delivery of our new Sub-Zero refrigerator (because of national Covid-related supply chain issues), when our fridge was delivered and installed today, we couldn't be happier. Four guys carefully removed the old fridge, brought the new one up steps into the house, and carefully wheeled the appliance into place. Ryan and Steve expertly made the water and electrical connections and made sure everything was set-up correctly. The folks at Sierra West are so friendly and courteous. Nice to do business with such a conscientious business.
