“I had another company come out to do the steam cleaning. It became a bait and switch situation and I asked them to leave after giving me a price double then what I was quoted. The guys were so embarrassed by what their boss did, one of them gave me the name of Edelweiss when I asked if they knew of another company that can help me out. He not only gave me the name of Edelweiss, but raves about this company.To my surprise, Connie was so nice on the phone when I called to make an appointment. As it turned out, we had to cancel the service due to one of the guys being sick, but we rescheduled and they are coming out soon to do the job.Just from the interaction I have dealt with, I am certain this company is not only one of the best I have dealt with and stand behind their services, but will do a superior job in steam cleaning our sectional and sofa. “My twenty-year-old white bedroom carpet was somewhat the worst for wear. However, I was slow to replace it because I feared the disruption that replacement would cause. Also, I was somewhat intimidated by the complexities of selecting a new carpet. I visited Raby Home solutions in Santa Fe, NM and was greeted by Sales Associate Sarah Fink. I explained to Sarah what I needed and that I wanted to get a white Karastan carpet. She quickly pulled out a couple of samples that I took home with me. Sarah also explained in great detail the advantages and disadvantages of different types of Karastan carpets and we even discussed the padding in detail. After that Sarah came to my home and measured carefully explaining exactly where the seams would be located. I ordered the carpet finally choosing the first carpet Sarah had recommended after I had looked at multiple other options. Sarah showed a deep personal interest that continued throughout the purchase process and while the new carpet was on order. She is very patient, sympathetic and understanding and i enjoyed working with her.The installation went far better than I expected. Although it was very onerous for me to remove all fragile items from the room, the two installers headed by Alan Figueroa moved all the heavy items and treated my furniture with great respect. They did an excellent installation so that the seams are hardly apparent.In conclusion, i could not be happier with my new carpet and the excellent service I got from this company. I strongly recommend them if you need to navigate the complex world of fine carpets and need a good installation.“
