I have benefited profoundly as a person by taking advantage of the many offerings of this school, including seasonal Ayuryoga, philosophy club, Living Soul and women's sangha. When I came to the school a year ago, I was a seasoned practitioner of yoga but was feeling unable to transform my many teachings into a lifestyle. The past year has restored my mind, body and spirit and has infused my life with vitality. I am thankful.

In the middle of the 300 hr Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training. Great pace with long distance options to fit around my schedule and location. Great information and amazing yoga practices.

The 200HR Ayurvedic Yoga education I received at NMSY was rich, wholesome, and personally fulfilling. I learned not only about the roots and foundations of yoga, but so much about myself and my own personal experience with yoga and life. There was a deep respect for the ancient teachings of Ayurveda in our study, yet all teachings were integrated with modern times in a lovely way that can be applied to anyone, anywhere. I now have so much to share with others and more knowledge to support myself in my own practice.
