Recently had an issue with my furnace and initially called a larger more well advertised company to look at it. After their technician left quoting me an absolutely ridiculous price to replace the whole system, while never trying to diagnose the issue, I called to get a second opinion, and am happy that Davis the Plumber was able to get to my home earlier than anticipated. Zach Kirk was the technician that came. He actually took the time to open up the furnace, diagnose the issue, show me what was broken, explained how that part affected the system, then asked me if I wanted to replace the part which when fixed resolved the original issue. Plumbers are always booked, so I knew I'd have to wait, but it was just a few days and then I even got moved up on the schedule. They had a great automated texting system to let me know and approve the schedule change and then keep me updated on the technician timeline to my house the day of. The tech was very nice. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, seems like a great company.
