THE BEST PLACE ON THE PLANET! I've been going here for the past five years and not only is it an amazing place to break a sweat and do your yoga flow but it is an amazing community. Each of the teachers are unique. This place saved me in some of my darkest times of my life. Melanie truly made a beautiful place. Beginner friendly! Everyone is sweet, caring and accommodating. I am always bringing new friends here to enjoy what has been a staple in my life. 100/10 would recommend.
I have been coming to bliss for 4 years. I was a runner, and had to stop because of an injury. I never thought I would be “fit”. But after attending Kelly, Donna, Charlotte and other classes. I enjoy being healthy. And they all encourage that… Blissful spirits keeps my heart happy. And keeps me healthy! Now so many classes to choose from.
I’ve been coming to this studio for about 2 years now. This studio has been such a huge blessing in my life!! Every class I take is absolutely amazing! If you have the chance to take a class with Russels or Maya … you won’t regret it!
