This is a great studio. I love location and the fact that it is a smaller, more intimate studio compared to most of the studios I've practiced at. I have enjoyed all of the classes I've taken here, but I'd like to recognize two classes/instructors specifically. Rachel with aerial yoga: Rachel has a true gift for guiding people through their practice. She is kind, encouraging and so genuine. You can feel the passion she has for yoga and it's contagious:) I look forward to aerial yoga every week and I also just look forward to seeing Rachel. As someone who has never been to a yoga class before, (I have been doing it in my living room for about 2-3 years), this is such a great experience. Rachel is such a motivating and fun instructor. Aerial yoga is SO much fun, I look forward to it every week. I’m 280 pounds, so don’t let your worries about your weight deter you from coming! It’s such a different and unique experience. You gotta try it at least once!

The community here is amazing. Students are so encouraging of one another. The variety and quality of classes is amazing. You can catch everything from aerial yoga to restorative yoga to yogilates. I love the tagine "where creativity, healing, and wellness meet"
