Participate in bi weekly calls to share wonders/questions celebrate successes get tips and simply connect with fellow participants. I have practiced yoga on and off for years. The Home Yoga Practice Community has truly drawn me to the mat on a regular basis something I had found nearly impossible to do on my own. Awesome! Can't say enough good things about Badlands Yoga!!! Came in as a beginner with back injuries/problems and with Christine's personalized approach had immediate results and improvement. Her integrated teaching and yoga practice is second to none!
