I have been going to Empower Pilates for years and my body is stronger and more flexible under Lourdes teachings and direction. She’s so knowledgeable about body mechanics and always knows what my body needs at each session. I love how I feel when I am consistent with her classes.

In two months of doing one class and one private session per week I've gone from barely holding a 15 second plank to comfortably holding one for 50 seconds. Lourdes is delightful and a great teacher and my body is feeling so good. I'm addicted.
