Warren Masonry has my absolute highest recommendation! They just completed an extensive tuck pointing and masonry project at my home. Wanted hair extensions but with my thin hair I did a lot of research and eventually tried tape ins with terrible results. As a travel nurse in the Indy area I found Lauren at LB extensions. She was amazing. Not only do I have thin hair I have thyroid issues too.
I walked in for a consultation one evening and we had me scheduled the next day to put my extensions in. She was open and honest about price, took the time to explain everything that would happen on installation day. The next day came and I left feeling wonderful about myself and more confident.
On my 6wk appt we tried a different technique to see how it would work. After a couple weeks my hair was not sitting right. I text Lauren she got me in that day fixed my hair and I walked out very happy.
Lauren is very accommodating personable and a joy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to do extensions and are in the fence.
This was literally the haircut of my dreams. Jamie was so kind and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. I was so nervous about getting my hair cut from a previous experience with a different stylist but she made sure I loved everything. I haven’t stopped playing with my hair since I got home! Wow, I cannot recommend KBB enough. We rented out the bridal bar for my wedding and had all the girls have their hair and make up done there. The vibes were immaculate. Super clean and overall ambience was so warm and welcoming. Ellie & Kenzie did our hair and not only were they so pleasant to work with, they absolutely slayed on every single person's hair. It's totally worth the extra investment to rent out the space and made getting ready for my big day even more special. Working with Kathryn and Becky on getting everything reserved and details down was super easy and they were flexible when I had to make minor adjustments.

I recently got a layered haircut by Ahniang and it turned out exactly how I wanted. The stylist really listened to what I was looking for and perfectly executed the layers to give my hair the volume and movement I desired. I'm so happy with the results!
If I could give this place a higher rating I would. I have been waiting for my hair appointment with Hannah for about a month now and I had it last night. Let me just say it was definitely worth the wait! From the moment I walked in I absolutely enjoyed the open minded, friendly, and homey vibe that not only the actual salon had but also the staff had. I was super nervous about dying and cutting my hair at a salon because the last time I did I came out with 5in+ taken off my hair and bright orange/yellow hair. Talk about traumatizing. Hannah made sure to really listen to everything I wanted and what I was worried about. Then she made sure to explain almost everything she was doing in a way that I could understand so that I wasn’t nervous. In the end, she was able to give me EXACTLY what I was asking for while also making the experience soooooo fun and exciting. I really cannot compare this experience to any of the past salons I’ve been to because it was nothing like them. The empathy and heart that this salon has is like no other. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for my next appointment. If you are nervous/scared to dye or cut your hair, this is the place to go. They really listen and make sure to give you what you want.
Grace was sick, I usually hate going to get my haircut because it’s always awkward and never turns out how I want it having curly hair but she was super easy to talk to and I loved my hair after. She also helped me find products and guidance on what will work for my hair because I have been struggling with that. Riley at the front desk gave me a coffee as soon as I walked in which was really nice and the facility itself was set up in lovely layout and everything was really clean.
She is amazing with color! Knows what she thinks is best for you, continually updates her products and knows how to apply them. I love my color!

I have been going to My Dad's Barber shop for years. Great old style barbershop atmosphere, and feel. Both Veronica and her dad are extremely talented with clippers, scissors, and comb, and Veronica is amazing with cutting, styling, and coloring. This is a very family friendly shop, and they truly appreciate and care for their customers. Call, make an appointment and give this place a try, it's totally worth it!!

I never post reviews but was very impressed at my visit today. I came here after Cookie Cutters turned us (my son) away due to availability. I really needed my sons hair cut and I stopped by here. The owner was very nice, professional and patient with my 1.5 year old, even though they don’t usually accept clients at this age. The owner did a great job and I wish we lived closer to come here often.
I have been using Nate for YEARS to cut my hair. I never leave his chair not feeling like a new man. He offers an exceptional cut for a great price. I would give his shop 10 stars if I could.
Donna is fabulous!!! I wear my hair very Short & I am picky so sometimes had a hard time finding someone to actually cut my hair short enough & way I wanted. All the ladies at Shadeland Barber shop are Amazing! The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming. Very professional & but also down to earth. I highly recommend Shadeland Barber shop every time! They listen to what you like & are creative in ways of styling to fit your style just right .
Always go here. Great vibes, Black owned, and Mike always gets my cut right no matter how many weeks I go without a cut lol and he cut my son's free form locs . They are considerate of the children in the shop when playing music and great customer service. ?? My son has had a lining from one of the other barbers once before as well. All that I've seen do good work. They have moved to a new location( 3202 W 16th st). Highly recommend! Also has a salon next door in same building. I'm not sure what she specializes in, but she does braids for sure.

We had the best experience with Bree for my sister’s Bridesmaids for her wedding!!! She was very helpful during the entire process from the time I reached out to her and had excellent communication on what to expect, how to prep, and even worked with us when we needed to push back our start time 15 minutes due to traffic! Our spray tans look amazing and she put all of us at ease. She set everything up in our home and was very efficient getting us all done in a timely manner. I will definitely be reaching out in the future!

Tommy, the owner did my nails when he was in Lebanon, 20 years ago. I have recently come back to him and his wife's nail salon. My daughter and I get our nails and pedi's done every 2 weeks together. We love the salon love the owners and our experience and nails and toes always look fabulous! Plus, it's by appointment, so it's peaceful as well.

Newer spot close to me so I figured I would give it a try! I went in for a dip manicure. The tech did a great job on the overall shape of my nails, but I asked for round and he left me with square. That's the only complaint, everything else was nice.

We came as walk in’s after being referred by a friend. My teenage daughter had an awesome experience with her dip manicure & her nails are exactly how she wanted. I also had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure. The shop was clean & the staff was very friendly. I had an extra child with me & they were very accommodating & kind in giving her a space to hang out, close to me, as I had my nails done. We will be back for sure!
Had a wonderful appointment here! It was relaxing and fun and exactly what my feet needed. I don't like places that are super crowded and noisy. Maganda Nail Salon was calm and intimate. We had lovely conversation, and I left feeling pampered.

They're very welcoming and have awonderful way of making people feel comfortable and confident that they will do everything they can to make sure their clients leave with what they wanted done. They are all very knowledgeable about hair skin and nails. It's just a wonderful calm environment to be in.

I feel like I'm at the brow doctor when I come here. The studio is very put together, it has style, and it's very clean. McKayla is a professional, very nice, and an expert in her craft. If you want to have conversation, she can carry on, but if it goes silent just know she is probably putting on the gloves and getting to work. I have never had a more impressive threaded eyebrow out of many places I've been to (some including high end salons across the country), that I told my friend who was visiting to go to McKayla because "she will get you looking snatched" and that's exactly what she did.
The location is convenient for me because the other location is out of my way, but I have a soft spot for this location since I've lived in the neighborhood. It's very defined and I would recommend anyone who isn't afraid to get out of their pockets of Indy to visit and get some work done.
Speaking of work, they do lots of other things, which I'm intrigued to try, which speaks to their certifications and area of expertise.
Dani is amazing! I booked her for makeup and hair for my wedding and decided to get a few pre-wedding facials with her too.
The facials left my skin feeling wonderful and she was so warm and easy to talk to. I even convinced my partner to go in for a couple facials and he was very happy with the results.
She usually works with Danie Patterson for bridal services and they were so much fun to spend the morning of my wedding with! My friends and I had such a great time getting to know them. They are both also incredibly talented. I do not wear a lot of makeup and Dani made sure to keep me looking like myself, just elevated.
I also wanted to keep my natural curls - I showed Danie a couple pictures at the trial and talked through up vs down. She went right to work and came up with the most beautiful messy up-do to complement my curls. She also suggested using some dried flowers and arranged them in such a gorgeous way.
We were all so happy with our hair and makeup, as well as how lovely they both were to spend time with.
I am so glad that I booked them for my wedding! Really could not recommend them any more highly. I'll also definitely be going back to Dani for facials. She is such a joy!

Molly is a phenomenal waxer and professional business owner! I am an esthetician myself and used to wax clients. I am particular about my waxes and have been to several estheticians before for waxing. Molly is hands down the best - the wax isn’t too hot, she is quick, and she gets everything! I have been a regular for Brazilian waxes and the occasional underarm when I don’t do it myself. I also want to add that Molly respects your time and is very personable to chat with! 10/10 recommend!
I had my first brozilian here, and it was my first waxing experience anywhere on my body. In line with all of the other positive reviews, Sonya was absolutely phenomenal.
Having dealt with body image issues and the anxiety of getting waxed as a male, I had been curious about waxing but never made the plunge. I'm so glad I found Sonya because my experience was no where near as painful/intimidating/awkward as I had feared. She was nothing but professional and a joy to carry a conversation with, and she talked me through the process and what to expect.
One last note, fellas, if mangrooming is your jam, razoring or using clippers (e.g., manscaper), you will not beat a professional set of hands who removes the hair from the root. Seriously, I'm surprised how smooth I feel. 10/10

Dina is a true professional! Very clean, precise, and pays attention to detail. Her spirit is warm and kind. Her touch is gentle, and she explains what she's doing and why. I absolutely love that she uses witch hazel to cleanse the area of skin before threading. She also uses gloves and wears a mask. It's the extras that go a long way. The prices are reasonable and she does a superb job! I'll never go anywhere else to get my brows threaded.

Lifespa definitely uses the "spa" in it's name fairly liberally- from the website I thought I was going to be able to have a spa day by going to the eucalyptus steam bath, the sauna, etc. but it seems those are for LifeTime members only. This "spa" is a segregated hair salon with a back room where they do facials and massages. Now- once I had my expectations managed, this was a very good facial. The aesthetician was detailed and listened well, and had good recommendations on what to do for my facial. I left feeling relaxed and my face was so soft. The prices were on-par with other facials I have had in Indy. Other than that, parking was easy and free. The location was great and convenient. And everyone was very kind.

Did my first ever lash service with a Lash Lift and Tint. Danielle did a great job. She was on time, a pleasure to talk with for an hour, personable, and Calm Lash Lounge was just that - calm, comfortable, and clean. By the end of an hour, I definitely felt like I had pampered myself. Recliner chair was very comfortable. And her prices are very reasonable. I plan to return for other services! He makes you feel comfortable while explaining all the necessary tattoo information (from design to aftercare) in an easy-to-digest manner. Got my nostril and 2d ear piercings here and from the jump I was convinced I found my Indy tattoo & piercing home. Nova was great helping me schedule my appointment and doing the intake. I could tell she cared about me as a customer and was the complete opposite of some people I've dealt with where they don't make eye contact or act like you're bothering them while they focus on their phone. AJ did a fantastic job on my piercings. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable! She told me what she was going to do, then walked through steps to complete the piercing. She made sure my piercings were perfectly placed by taking into account things I didn't consider. The actual piercing was so smooth and gentle i honestly barely felt my ear being done! She made sure I understood the aftercare and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, I don't think I could've had a better piercing experience.

Came in today had a minor ID mishap but had 2 forms and the owner was walking out and said get it done and that is exactly what she did I wanted a dermal integrated into my tattoo and another artist was able to weigh in and gave a fresh opinion and we came up with the perfect spot. 10 on cleanliness 10 on customer service 10 on it being done in a timely manner 10 on after care instructions. Even though iv had so many dermal piercings I still listen to my piercers I will deff be back and deff recommend #itsavibe
Requested style: I wanted the piercing placed inside of my tattoo which can be tricky especially getting it right in the middle of the tat on my neck over the curved middle of LOYALTY
Specialties: Dermal piercings can be very delicate and tricky and one must remain very still until the jewelry it placed placement was not easy but it was very quick considering.
Cleanliness: Everything came straight out the package. Gloves were worn at all times and even after I asked to clean my jewelry one last time she regloved and had no problem doing so.

I came in to town today to visit my parents and walked into a mess. There was an issue with the septic tank and the toilets, sinks and showers were all down and weren't usable. What a mess! Chris and Shane came around 1p and instead of waiting until Tuesday to fix, worked all day on repairing the septic / mainline and left us with working toilets and showers! I can’t thank them enough for the care and time in helping my elderly parents and getting everything taken care of on the same day! I would 100% recommend for your residential electric needs. Recently, I used them for the second time (at different residences) and they came out the same day to provide an estimate and finished the work the next day. Fantastic service. I needed two new locks keyed alike; they had different codes on the box so I assumed different keys. I dropped the locks off to be keyed alike . When I returned it turned out that despite the different key code on the boxes both locks were keyed the same. Now they could have charged me for rekeying and I would not have ever known that no work was needed and gladly paid my bill. But they were upfront and told me the truth and no charge! I will never go anywhere else again for any lock/key service.

The Revitalize team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning and sealing the tile in our bathrooms! We have extremely hard water which leaves rust stains no matter how we try to keep salt in that softener! Listennnn! When I tell you this company came through on cleaning our carpets.... we have light colored carpets, and Banes restored them back to life. Our stairs and high traffic areas were a MESS. They cleaned our Childcare centers carpet and removed playdough!! They are the truth. They use a neutral smelling cleaner that I like. Jay and his crew were very professional and great to work with. We wanted marmoleum (for all intents and purposes, this is essentially linoleum) tiles, which are rarely requested this day and age. To make matters even tougher, we have a 100 year old home and our kitchen floors were uneven with no subfloor - not to mention we wanted the floors laid in a diamond checkerboard pattern. From the very start… coming up with the floor plans for our total master bathroom remodel, working within our budget and guiding us through the process of picking out fixtures we felt well supported by all the service pros at Booher. Elliott was our Project Manager, he was great to work with as he communicated with us daily of what to expect during the construction...answering our questions promptly via text, phone or in person. They even discovered an obscure nail in a copper pipe from a previous project unrelated to them that may have prevented much water damage. The project started on the date we had planned and ended 1 week EARLIER than projected. At first, we were hesitant about spending the extra money with Booher, but after very stressful remodeling projects, with different companies, we found Booher far exceeded our expectations and Booher created a master bath that we love!

P.S. Our deck was the second project that VIP Solutions completed. Last summer they replaced our roof and gutters with no expense to us! They negotiated with our insurance company not only for the roof replacement, but also damage to gazebo, pool, fence, etc.
I was connected with Marc through my insurance agent, and he was in touch with me almost immediately. We were dealing with the stress and unknown of extensive water damage and insurance claims. Marc started the dry out process almost immediately, and every step of the way we had great communication and explanation/breakdown of everything that would be done, costs, etc.
The project managers, laborers, and every employee and contractor that came into our home was on time, friendly, hard-working and did an excellent job. A few unexpected problems were discovered along the way, and everyone worked to communicate and execute a solution right away. Care was taken to minimize cost and delays as much as possible, and on the back end, Marc went above and beyond communicating with our insurance adjuster to be sure all the funds were properly released and everything worked out right on paper.
And every bit of the work done (flooring, lighting, etc) looks absolutely beautiful.
Even little things like when he stopped by to ask how things were going and spotted from the street a shingle out of place, he quickly got up on a latter and nailed it back in place, make us happy to know this company exists and we have a renovation company we can trust for anything in the future.
We have had to deal with some of the worst when it comes to hiring “companies” and contractors for another project, so when you get someone that does the right things the right way, you really notice.

They completed a large repair project of our screened porch professionally, on time, and without any hidden/surprise fees. The job site was cleaned up each day and the work done was excellent. Insurance delays and difficulties did not inhibit their work. We will be using IndyPro for various other home repairs or remodels.
This is the second round using Boaz Construction as a GC and I can't be any happier! As we might have all experienced finding the right contractor is simply hard. I highly recommend Bugz Bug Me Pest Control. We recently were alarmed to find cockroaches in our home and Dustin was able to schedule us quickly. His professionalism, knowledge and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease by letting us know it was nothing to do with anything we had or had not done and that most times they will simply find their way in with produce or from surrounding residences. Dustin has completed his two applications as promised and it appears we are pest free. I called 3 pest control companies and Jed made an opening for me and came out the same day for our mice problem. The price was also the best of the 3 and came with a 90-day warranty.
He checked the outside for holes and put a lot of bait out in our garage, kitchen, and the bedroom where we saw them. He was so helpful and reassured me that the mice will go away quickly.
On his way out, he noticed and removed two wasp nests by our front door that we hadn’t seen yet. I really appreciate his help and coming out so quickly since we couldn’t sleep!

You should list insect prevention bc that's what us Q O month people are really having. "General pest inspection" while yes, they look for as they spray, but it doesn't really fit.They also offer termite inspect & treatment at separate cost. If you have them do a yearly f-up inspect & you do get termites the treatment is free. Also they have a branch for critter infestation where they not only rid them, but determine entrances & repair those. Plus they find all damage caused & repair. My mother had to use this for squirrel infestation & huge damage. She's on a monthly pay4 plan.
Wonderful service! We live on a wooded property that backs up to a greenspace that gets marshy. We used to get swarmed by mosquitoes and our son gets huge allergic reactions to bites. We’ve had 2 other services before and were still unable to be in our backyard. This year we can finally enjoy our yard without being eaten alive!!

He was able to give me a quote and come the very next day. I had Happy Tree clear my leaves and they went above and beyond what I expected them to do. They blew out the gutters and did everything very quickly but well. Raul was very professional and super nice. His crew did a fantastic job and I will definitely use him again! This transformation ultimately led me to a professional athletic career. Now, as a coach for collegiate and post-collegiate athletes, I continue to rely on Dr. Scott. I went in to resolve some pain issues and discovered my work on a computer had caused other issues. Working on corrections now and hope to give myself more able- bodied years as I get older. I no longer have the pain issues. This really works better than pharmaceutical solutions.

I've seen a couple doctors here due to availability and me being impatient! I saw Dr. Wilson when I was younger and pursued an accutane treatment and also Dr. Perdue for some itchy skin help. I've always been appreciative of how quickly they were able to help me. I loved that Dr. Perdue was ready to play hardball to get my symptoms under control. I was embarrassed about it for a while and just want to get it under control. I loved that Dr. Purdue helped me, provided options, and let me decide what was best for me. He also laid out the next steps and let me know what to expect.
My little 16 year old Molly ran into the woods and was covered with little burrs. My husband and i tried to get them out but could not get several around the face and paws. I can’t recommend PurrSnips enough!! We have two long haired Persian cats, and one is VERY spicy. Previously, he has been kicked out of several groomers, and we had resigned to getting him put under anesthesia for grooms - until we found PurrSnips!! They were able to get him groomed on “his terms” and are even allowing him to come back ? both of our cats look beautiful upon pickup and we can tell they were both handled with patience and care. We are so impressed and in love with Wildflower pet spa! Everyone there is incredibly kind and they've done an amazing job on our pups. Both of our dogs are older and can be sensitive, but they get super excited every time we've pulled up to the building. Bonus that they did an AMAZING cut on our miniature poodle -- lil man gets SO many compliments out and about!!
Pixie looks great! Christy was very accommodating and got her in quickly! I so appreciated it! Pixie will be a regular customer! Very very pleased!
Cindy of Animal House Wanamaker provided patient, kind, and individualized grooming for Luna, who suffered with cognitive dysfunction disorder before she crossed the rainbow bridge at age 16. I have been bringing my dogs to Cindy for at least 6 years and will never take my dogs to anyone else.

Ted has been grooming our poodles for years and I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of them. The place is always super clean and very warm and inviting. Ted has some wonderful items for sale.The poodles always come back looking amazing.I recommend trying Fur Bee - you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve never seen my dogs so comfortable with a stranger who quickly became a friend with her positive energy and major love for them right off the bat! My dogs have been nervous to go to a groomer in the past and have been hard to hand off to. They were happy to go right on back with her! They had her all to herself and each got to relax and nap while the other was getting done. And my favorite part, no kenneling! If you’re looking for a new groomer, i strongly recommend talking to and booking with Heidi!
I'd take this review into heavier consideration than most others, since I am a Dog Barber myself. BARK's owner is one of the most talented groomers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. You know how Eric Clapton makes playing guitar look, simple? Yeah, that's how Britt looks when getting her style on. I've always been very with the quality of work and the immense amount of detail that Britt puts in and it's awesome to see the wonderful reviews. Us groomers work our tails off and put everything into what we do, so please take that into consideration if you're curious about pricing - because dog ownership, it's not cheap - I should know, I have 6. Her quality of work that walks out those doors on a daily basis, is what are pretty much showcased on dog show circuits. So, if you're looking to haggle or look for a bottom dollar - you can always go to a big box store, but with that a modified version of the old adage "If it's cheap, it's not good - If' it's good, it's not cheap." There's a lot to be said about more experience in handling a wide variety of dogs and to do so at the highest level of safety.

Lindsey is amazing!? Love all the girls there! The shop is clean and so cute also they are very experienced & talented! I’ve been going to them for 10 years.! Very kind and loving to all animals cats,dogs,bunny’s, etc.! Prices are worth their work & for all they go through and do to make your dog safe, feel better,comfortable,great with difficult dogs who get sent home from other places,they will help your pet I kno this because they’ve helped mine and the other two I have as well my cat who is not easy to say the least! Most places send your pet home if they even hear a growl so I am blessed to have found this place and the groomers who do all they can to make sure the pets needs are met first and correctly groomed to the best of their ability or as much as a dog or cat will allow especially ones with out or who can’t take meds to help ease their anxiety like as my two babies cat and dog have , one is due to age and I rescued my other from a abusive home. She’s so happy to get there now every time! It’s hard work and I know first hand from watching and they also love to kindly educate pet owners help them understand certain things myself never even knew or would think of! For dogs who get matted they have brushes I got and now at home my dog has gotten to have kinda like practice so he’s not afraid of the brush anymore or try’s to bite along with were able to keep him with more fluff since we only take him on every 10 weeks and now he’s much better in shape before going in to get his groom . They don’t shave then off because it’s fun they sometimes have no choice and I’m glad I was taught everything I know now because Matt’s get to the skin it’s painful! Celebrity Brow Artist Que of Que Alexander Brows was warm and caring as usual.Ms. Wini could not stop raving over how cute the spa decor vibe was. As for her brows… You be the judge.She had absolutely no eye brows when I dropped her off this morning. If you don’t know, you better ask yo momma about Getting All Que’d Up!

I highly recommend Myriad :) the yoga studios are in the Stutz, which is super cool, and the programming is great. The people are authentically invested in improving lives and the Indy community through movement and it really shows in all the details. 10/10
I love love love Invoke! I finally made it out to their 86th Street studio, and it's such a calming place to practice. I booked a class online like two weeks prior, but then forgot which class I had booked. But I remembered what date and time I was supposed to be there, so I showed up and found out that I had booked a heated vinyasa level 2 class! And wouldn't you know it, that day, I was nursing a lil' hangover. Holy hot yoga! I was totally unprepared physically, but mentally I was excited to challenge myself and told myself that if all else fails, there's no shame in taking a child's pose. I ended up having one of the best yogas sessions I've had in a long time, all thanks to my instructor that day, Jill. I have had her for outdoor yoga before, but this was my first time being in one of her studio classes. Jill was the perfect balance of encouragement and gentleness, and she played great music! The heated yoga classes are no joke -- they're pretty intense, but they're also relaxing and allow you to feel more open and flexible. Make sure to bring water and a towel!
I joined kOMpose a few months ago. Prior to joining, I’d never practiced yoga aside from a few YouTube videos. I’m blown away by how great it’s been. The instructors are just amazing.
This place is special. I found City in 2014; initially attracted to the affordable rates and various teachers and classes. I stuck around because of the deep roots embedded in community and the commitment to education and growth.

I am SO GLAD that I stumbled upon this business on Yelp not long ago. I immediately went and checked it out after reading a wonderful review about this studio. I tried a community yoga class (for $5) that was taught by a student in training which was wonderful. It was very relaxing mixed with a laid back workout. They played good music too throughout the class! The studio itself is adorable and I can't say enough great things about the staff and other people that were here. Everyone was so welcoming and almost everyone was calling me by my first name by the end of the night. They really make you feel like you're family, even if it's your first time there. I can't wait to try more yoga classes and possibly one of their other classes too!
I am so happy I joined this studio. I joined after having our first kid which helped me feel soooo much better. Now with our second baby on the way I feel better going into delivery. I did yoga with our first but had a tough delivery, I can tell that I am so much stronger this time and feel less nervous going into it. I’ve had so many great instructors for classes and private lessons. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in my body!
Just visited this location of CP today for the first time! I travel for work and have been to multiple locations of CP. I’m leaving a review because of how impressed with nice the staff was at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience at CP, but this one seemed to stand out to me. Hannah was the instructor, and she definitely made us put some work in for a level 1 class! Looking forward to using this location while I’m in Indy for work!
Great teachers who really want you to improve your mobility and quality of life. Pilates is confirmed to your level. Instructors are patient and understanding of your need.

Went there tonight after driving about an hour, the person wasn’t able to give me a massage as I walked in the door. Jeff asks if he could help me, I found out he is part owner. I said I drove here and the person that couldn’t give me massage. He says hold on and Brandee the other owner said she would give me a massage. She was amazing!!! Very professional and it was worth the drive and my body feels amazing!! Thanks Brandee you rock!!!

My husband and I went and saw Gina for a massages and we couldn’t be more amazed about how professional and sweet of a person she is. This place is a gem. I highly recommend it. My boyfriend and I have both had great massage experiences here with several different massage therapists. Today Gina gave me an incredible deep tissue massage that was much needed! Kathy has also been fantastic several times in the past. Give this place a try if you haven’t already!

My massage with Lisa was perfect. She really listened to my body and could feel out what needed work. It was a relaxing experience that felt wonderful, but also felt healing and helpful to my knotted & tense neck and shoulders. She provided a calm and professional atmosphere, answered all my questions, and gave great advice. It is a gift to yourself to have a session with Lisa - go for it!

Viresh and Maddy are the absolute best!! They truly took care of me and made sure I got the most out of my visits. My ankle improved so much during my time here. Viresh made sure my exercises fit into my daily routine and work schedule. He was very thorough in making sure I understood how to do them at home or work and how to modify them if need be. The access of appointments was also a huge plus.
Bounce Back Physical Therapy is top notch. David is the owner and physical therapist. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses dry needling that is reducing my ankle pain. If you need physical therapy, call David at Bounce Back!
I was prescribed physical therapy by my doctor since I underwent heart surgery . Although I had physical therapy in the hospital, I still felt weak in my legs and was unstable. I went to Victor Physical Therapy and he provided me with strength and balance training. I am really pleased with the results.

You've made sure to (not only) take accurate angular measurements & apply timed therapy... Grace is always very knowledgeable and gets me back on track. Originally saw her for low back pain & after she helped me with that, I go to her for tune-ups and anything else that arises. Would recommend her 100%!
Kelsi is both a compassionate listener and extremely knowledgable. I felt so cared for by her gentle, yet confident approach. She was thorough in her intake and had an educational/empowering approach. She was also trauma informed and her office was beautiful! Highly recommend trusting Kelsi with your PT and Pelvic Floor PT needs.
Dr Williams is very knowledgeable and helpful. I injured my knee while on vacation and after returning home I wasn't for sure who or where to go (ER to get MRI ). I contacted Dr. Williams and she gave what to do far as care ( the RICE method) and some knee exercises specifically avoiding a MRI. After one week I feel so much better. I can feel my knee healing.
The PT's at this location have worked on literally my entire family at one point in time. Some of us multiple times. We always return. The staff at this location is incredibly welcoming and uses a nice balance of focus and fun during the recovery process. It might sound strange to describe PT as fun....but it genuinely helps the recovery process.

Such a great team!From the very first call I've appreciated the professionalism of Zena, complemented by an attentiveness and warmth that let me know I'm cared about.Ailene B did a thorough assessment of my condition and plotted a path to reset my balance and give my pleasant life back. Ailene C has worked with me on treatment modalities with careful attention, responsiveness to my questions and concerns, and detailed explanations about what my body is experiencing and how the therapy will make it better.I should add that Ailene B came highly recommended for her knowledge and skills by physical therapist colleagues who have worked with her in the past. She and her staff have more than lived up to her reputation.I'm gradually getting better and am so thankful that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I won’t ever go to another PT again!! This was the best experience I have ever had. I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to stop going. If your doctor ever tells you have to do PT, you must insist on them sending your referral to PT Solutions of South Indianapolis.
The Castleton Athletico team is top notch in every way. They shared my enthusiasm for improvement, and they developed a home program that works. My PT worked, and I plan to do the exercises at home for life. Suzanne in the non-clinical role is always kind and positive—I don’t think she ever has a bad day. Shane is fantastic!!! I’ve been seeing him for several years and I’ve sent many of my massage clients to him. We all love him! He is so knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and makes people feel comfortable with receiving Acupuncture. I have one client who is very phobic with needles, and Shane has been so accommodating with her in ensuring her comfort, that she has become a huge fan of acupuncture and it’s benefits. Also, he’s hilarious, and that’s a side benefit. If you’ve been considering Acupuncture, look no further. Shane is the best!

I would recommend this CDL Training to anyone thinking about driving a semi. They prepare you well, and genuinely want the best for you. There are moments it may be challenging. But it was always a confidence builder when successful navigate the task at hand. Great School!
