I've been having trouble with my toilet the whole time I've lived here. It has never been able to handle much at all and it clogged again the night before last. After unsuccessfully plunging it it many times, and acutely injuring myself in the process, I gave up and called LD Smith to come see if they could fix it. I thought I might have to wait till Monday but they sent Wes over today to see what he could do. He was able to clear it with an auger, and explained the problem clearly to me, answering all my questions with logical answers.
