Bats had taken up residence in our attic and we needed them OUT!! Critter Removal quickly identified two entry points (later, a third) and put measures in place for the bats to leave and not re-enter. The scheduling office set up subsequent appointments through the process and the estimated arrival time of the technician was easy to track. The work was done neatly and professionally. We appreciate the 3 month guarantee, but hope to be totally finished with these critters!!Service: Bat extermination
Very happy with service. Was able to identify the problem right away and resolve quickly. Even had a follow up to confirm and make sure everything was resolved. Very helpful and professional.
Great customer service. Our situation was unique in that we were replacing siding and soffit and needed our raccoon tenants evicted before the renovation, but the work was done quickly and we have no ongoing raccoon issues.
