I am an avid believer in trusting Dr. McCray with his advice about "maintaining" your body with scheduled visits. It makes a huge difference. My routine visit this week, Dr said that my back needed very little adjustment! Apparently the maintaining is working very well!

Dr. McCray is extremely thorough, conscientious, and most importantly, effective. He doesn't go through the same motions time after time. He pays attention to what I'm telling him and what my body is telling him; and adjusts according.
