I bought a washer from them at an extremely reasonable price, most places wanted an arm and a leg and weren't very friendly. Mr. Brian was very nice when delivering my washer and even fixed my dryer while he was there! Best customer service ever!

I've been a customer with Bill Mathews appliances for almost 10 years now. Happy to say that all the appliances that I have bought over the years are still working in my rentals. Wouldn't go anywhere else for really good used appliances with a company that stands behind what they sell. Just had them come out for repair on a fridge (not one of theirs) came out within hours and it's up and running! You want the best, you've found them! Thanks Rhonda & Bryan, you make my life so much easier!

I was on the verge of throwing in the towel and purchasing a replacement refrigerator, until I heard about Bill. I stopped in to set up an appointment. He was out on a call, so I talked to his receptionist. She encouraged me to bring in the cooling fan so we could match it up with a replacement. I brought the part back as Bill was returning to the store. He tested the fan, determined it was bad, and sold me a replacement for $20. I installed the fan and fridge works perfectly again. They earned a customer for life.
