I cannot express enough how great of an experience I have had with Athletico. From the first day of care I felt heard and respected. We collaborated on the best course of action and my Physical therapist (Dorothy) was so kind and explained everything to me. And Suzanne, working at the front desk, is so sweet and accommodating. Anytime I needed a reschedule or was running late she’d always answer with a smile help me get taken care of. I had approximately 10 weeks of treatment for a dislocated knee. Wonderful experience at this location!! All the staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. I pursued PT independent of a doctor’s referral to deal with some existing knee pain. Dorothy listened intently, explained treatment clearly, and genuinely cared about me and my progress.If I need PT in the future, I will definitely return to this location.
