Kelsi took the time, attention, and expertise necessary to correctly diagnose and treat an issue that had been bothering me for years. She was professional yet personable and made it clear she made my goals a priority. When I started work with Dr. Kelsi, I was having trouble using my hand without significant pain-this was preventing me from working to my fullest ability. Additionally I mentioned that I was having difficulty going down stairs because of Achilles tendon pain.Kelsi was able to listen attentively and select appropriate physical therapy and exercises to help me recover from both issues. I now feel that I have a greater understanding of my body and mobility issues. My experience with Kelsi Work at Mend and Root was so beneficial! She gives such great care and truly listens and approaches her practice holistically. She has experience in several techniques that access direct healing quickly. Highly recommend! I am feeling so much better after one visit!
