Big thank you and shout out to Tim Williams and the team at the Tile Shop on US 31 in Greenwood. Tim was very professional and patient while helping my parents design and build their dream master bathroom shower. Tim understood every step of the process and paid extra attention to the details. Calculations of construction materials per square foot were spot on, with very little overages. This is NOT Tim’s first rodeo! Great experience working with their team.SPO

I can’t say enough good things about the The Tile Shop in Greenwood. Their selections and customer service stand out from other stores. Miranda was so knowledgeable and was so helpful. She has a warm personality that puts you at ease from the get go. Kudos to Miranda, Tim, Mike and Corey….they make up a dream team.Anyone starting a project, I suggest you go to The Tile Shop. You won’t be disappointed.

My experience working with Tim Williams at the Greenwood location was exceptional! Tim’s knowledge and creativity helped me realize my vision and turn that vision into my dream home!! Tim treated my project as if it was his own and was meticulous about inspecting my stone/tile before delivery and followed up after product delivery to ensure everything went as planned. I can’t speak highly enough about the value Tim brought to my project as he made himself available to my contractor when they had specific questions about installing the fireplace stone, kitchen backsplash stone, walk-in shower tile, shower pan install and the waterproofing process.Tim truly was instrumental...read full review
