Charrisse was very professional she met me at the door with a smile and introduced herself. She explained what i had chose walk into her office and it smelled and looked clean very comforting the music of my choice was offered and she let me know what she was doing as she went on all the to the end of session I felt like a new women .Thank you Charisse

Let me first start off by mentioning, the aesthetics of the space is everything. The lights were dimmed and it was very soothing down to the music. I visited this location for services with Charisse. She was amazing!! Literally, the best massage I've ever had. I've had quite a few of them. What set her aside was of all the hot stone massages I've received, she was the first to massage my entire body. From the top of my neck to the soles of my feet with hot stones for the entire 90 minutes. Typically, I've only had the hot stones massaged on my back for at least 4 minutes or until they cool and that was all. I highly recommend 10/10. Charisse is an amazing Massage Therapist! She sends a questionnaire before your visit to ask about problem areas and areas you'd like the most concentration and at the appointment she double checks that the intake questionnaire still applies. The ambiance is relaxing, music is very nice and the massage is AMAZING! Please book with Pacific Haven for your therapeutic needs!!
