“Carmel OR Southside 30 min Hit is absolutely worth the annual membership. Adrian and Justin who are the Carmel location's fearless leaders are professionally trained so their trainers on staff are also well equipped to push you when you need it, help you with form so you don't get injured, and show you new techniques every week.I have a very busy remote work schedule, so I love that I can pop in almost anytime that it works for my schedule AND be done within thirty minutes. Even when I'm not feeling like i'm going to have a good workout on my way in, I always leave dripping, feeling proud of what I accomplished.You should absolutely try a free session, you will not regret it!!“

“I have been going to the Adult classes at Genesis for over a year now, and it is the key to my sanity for working from home! I love the flexibility of the start times (every 20 mins in the morning and evening) and the fact that you feel like you're in a personal training session sometimes and in a "class" with other people sometimes. Unlike big box gyms, Genesis will tell you exactly what to do for the the day, and unlike group classes, you can move at your own pace. It is the perfect blend of everything and the best investment in yourself.“

I did yoga with our first but had a tough delivery, I can tell that I am so much stronger this time and feel less nervous going into it. “Everything you need in a small gym. I first came to Taylor made looking for an experienced personal trainer that would take me to the next level. Boy did I get more than I bargained for. The gym offered me so much support. Having personal training in the past. The gyms itself wasn’t as supportive. I would get the training but not the gym. Either the gym wasn’t equipped with the machines for personal use after training or the gym itself was not convenient to my location. So after the personal training, I was left to search for another place to workout. Conveniently located downtown, this gym was everything that I needed. Not only did it push me to the next level but create a lifestyle of health and fitness. Kelsey is very knowledgeable of health and wellness and always there(between normal business hours) to give you a helping hand with great advice and suggestions. And if personal training isn’t something you are looking for group training classes are also available. If you are looking for a gym that can push you, motivate you and create an everlasting impression on Health and Wellness, give Taylor Made a visit. You will not be disappointed.“

“The instructors are fantastic. In a class of 20+ people, the instructor is there to catch your wrists when you’re failing on your last rep of chest press; that shows they are paying attention. I’ve been in the morning and at noon for the resistance days and had the same experience with different instructors. On top of that, the resistance workouts can be as intense as you want them to be. If you want to lift heavy and push yourself, the instructors will see that and push you too.“

“When an appointment was set - from that moment, I was sent text messages checking auto reminders, a picture of who I was meeting with, a short video clip on how excited she was to meet me, what my motivation was, a map and pictures of the location and their parking.That alone felt like a group cared about me and was happy for me to want to meet them.When I got there, I was greeted with a smile and that person already knew my name and introduced himself.My meeting with Andrea was informative and the information she gave me solidified that this gym and staff was a place where I would be held accountable and have a cheering section.I felt like I might have actually found a team that would cheer for successes and rally for disappointments.“

“Following successful spinal fusion surgery, I realized that my muscles had become so tight from years of chronic pain that I needed a different kind of help. Ian Carroll did a wonderful job of teaching me exercises and providing therapy that made full recovery possible. He is knowledgeable and encouraging. Once when he was not available, Brittany Davis worked with me. She was also a delight. The entire operation is managed professionally and employees seem to enjoy their work. It was all very refreshing.“

“If you're looking for a small private gym experience in the Lawrence area, Drew is your guy! I love that it's located on a private residence close to my son's school in Lawrence Township. Feels very safe and is in nature. This is not your typical bro gym environment, bodies of all shapes and sizes with different goals are seen at PDF. Drew is super motivating, super kind, and super funny. He's really helped me understand my strengths and pushing me to my limits. If you need a sign to see a trainer - here you go!“

He cares about your health and personal fitness goals. Regardless of your physical fitness level or age, Mike will work with you to personalize your workout program centered around your own goals. “My son has been a student for nearly 2 years and it has been a great experience. The studio is clean and atmosphere is very orderly which is so important given the techniques taught could cause injury without proper supervision. The kids get ample direct supervision and Mr Eldred ( Professor Greg ) teaches a fair number of classes himself. All the instructors are great with kids. Two years later my son is more confident and I believe much better equipped to protect himself if needed. I recommend this BJJ academy without reservation.“

“I joined back in 2020 after moving back to Indy after a few years away. I was just trying out all the new spots in town, but my experience at ETF made me stay and stick with my membership. First off it's 24 hrs, which is awesome if you have a wonky work schedule or don't want to feel pressured to go to a packed class at 5:30pm. The space is great and the equipment is all up to date and clean. I also find there is a great balance between a group setting and working out alone since there are coach led classes and virtual in studio classes. You can show up to a class, become a regular, and make friends or you can go at less popular times like 8pm on a Saturday night in July and workout with just a few people. Very welcoming and it seems to hit all workout levels. The heart rate monitors are also able to connect to separate app and I use mine with my peloton. Definitely recommend going to at least a few classes! It usually only takes one though.“
