Been working with Capture Fitness for just over a month now and could not be happier with my experience! I am a Golf instructor, so I told Capture my goal was to gain both Swing Speed and Ball Speed over the winter. They were happy to tailor my workouts in a way that would best help me accomplish my individual goals. This place had everything I was looking for and then some! Before joining Capture Fitness, I did the same thing week in and week out at the gym.And it showed.I wasn’t challenging myself physically. I skipped workouts because the same-old-same-old sounded boring, and no one was there to hold me accountable.Then I joined Capture Fitness… And it shows!I don’t skip because I know someone is showing up for me. Earl puts together tough workouts that challenge me to push myself. And it’s fun to boot: No more same-old-same-old like before.I highly recommend joining Capture Fitness.

I've been going to Capture for almost two years and it's the best gym I've been to in the city. Earl keeps it fun, fresh, and engaging and has created an awesome community at the gym. Capture gives you a place to get fit, have fun, stay motivated, and make lasting relationships.
