Mike is by far the best trainer I've ever had. Being a former collegiate athlete, Mike has helped me reached limits I never thought I could achieve at this point in my life! He cares about your health and personal fitness goals. Regardless of your physical fitness level or age, Mike will work with you to personalize your workout program centered around your own goals. Watching him train his younger athletes brings a smile to my face, what a great motivator! Oh and did I mention he's fun and has a great team! Give him a try - you won't be disappointed!

I was one that never enjoyed working out until I went to Mike. He makes it so much fun and sincerely cares about each person and their goals and will work hard to motivate you and encourage you! He pushes me to be the best I can and to put forth the effort to achieve my goals. I love the personalized workouts and the variety of conditioning and strength training to get that amazing full body workout. I love the way I feel when I am done and I love even more they way my body is changing! Prior to working out with Mike the only exercise I did was cardio. I was intimidated by weight training. Mike has helped me turn my fear into strength and confidence in the gym. He is encouraging, positive and always pushes me to put forth full effort. I love my Dungeon Forged team!
