I think I have found my studio! After some frequent moves around the country, I turned to virtual practices during Covid and hadn’t found a studio that I really gravitated towards. Last night I had the pleasure of joining a Yin class led by Kristen and I am very pleased, and frankly relieved, to say that I will be attending classes here weekly. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.

Sat 8/26/23. I attended Ayurveda and the Mind, Presenter Daryl Roberts at the Cityoga School of Yoga and Health. I am grateful for the Workshop Information and the amazing teaching and interaction by Daryl and the Group. I highly suggest stopping by and become familiar with all the School offers in Yoga and Health. We all need to take our health seriously. Such a Great environment for attending an event and learning.
