I loved my 5x7 area rug but it hadn't been cleaned in some time, and since my new home had hardwood floors, I didn't dare to shampoo it in place. Francisco took it and when he brought it back it looked almost brand new.

Have had 4 cleanings in 2 different houses, as always Lemus is the only cleaning service that meets and exceeds standards and expectations. We have randomly had 2 other companies come in both sub par and Lemus has fixed the subpar work and is the only service we will rely on in the future.Years ago with our first visit; had a half gallon of killz paint spill on our carpet. Called immediately and within 15 minutes we had our carpet being cleaned. Saved our carpet, 5 stars hardly expresses the greatfulness of the quality of work, professionalism and genuine customer service.

Francisco is the best! I moved into an apartment that had all new carpet and freshly painted walls. Yet there was the strongest odor of cigarettes. The person living here before must’ve smoked inside due to residue dripping down the walls every-time the temperature would rise. When I came home it was like walking into a brand new apartment. I’m a clean freak but no matter how much I cleaned I couldn’t get the smell to go away. But he did! 10/10. Highly recommend.Service: Pet stain & odor removal
