“I don’t have enough words to say about this company! Let’s start with the service professionals they employ. Water heater blows during the winter. Everyone’s water heaters are failing. I rent commercial space to tenants with expensive computers and equipment I can’t pronounce. Amerestore made room in there schedule to help me when I needed it most. The crew cleaned up everything and weren’t invasive to the tenants. They were fast, courteous, and professional. Now let’s talk about the owners. My insurance company, who is almost never there…(hint hint) decided to not pay the bill. Argument after argument, the few measly dollars left they didn’t want to pay we’re coming out of my pocket. This wasn’t the only disaster to happen in a short time with the business. ( it never is). When stressed about trying to make arrangements for a few dollars, I reached out to express my anger towards all the hub bub from my insurance company and to set up payment for the remainder. The owner got on the phone and expressed his apologies for troubling over the balance. He asked one simple question: “ are you satisfied with the work we did?” I emphatically said “Yes!” He said “ that’s payment enough.” Who does that these days??!! No one. Anywhere. You never find someone who cares about what they do and the service they provide to the people they serve. So, I just had to leave a review for this company! They’re amazing people who do an amazing job. They deserve more recognition and they’ve definitely earned my business. When the worst happens, call the best doing it. “Joe the owner replied promptly to my quote request and was able to fit in my cleaning request within the same week...and week of Christmas! We had 3 carpeted rooms, a large ruggable rug, an ottoman and a rocking chair that all needed cleaned and he did a great job, was very friendly and showed up on time. He gave me tips and I will not use any other cleaning business as long as he is in business for upholstery or carpet cleaning!! Also...extremely fair priced!“
“I have to say the people at Absolute Restoration are the best. At a time when the average person is at a loss as to what to do, they were wonderful (unlike my insurance co) They showed up within an hour and assured me things could be repaired. While my agent was helpful, the adjuster had no interest in what was happening and in fact seldom returned phone calls. The team from Absolute Restoration answered my questions and worked around me special circumstances (I have dogs). They completed everything in an orderly manner and with a minimal amount of inconvenience to myself or family (or dogs). I wish the construction company to do the rebuild was as good. Without hesitation I would recommend them, only wish I had been able to contract them for the rebuild. ****** learned- Dont trust your insurance in times of difficulty. Like a good Neighbor they were nowhere to be found!It is very unusual for me to write a review positive or negative but I felt Absolute Restoration deserved it.“
