Great to work with. Work completed in a timely manner. Contract and payment was easy to understand and complete. Assisted with the replacement of trim to match the cabinets as original was no longer available. Several places I spoke to wouldn’t do the stairs or wanted to over charge. I am pleased how the stairs turned out. Overall a great experience and I love my new floor!Thank you EcoBak Restoration!

After having water run into two floors of the house and the basement, I initially called about four companies to come out and give me an estimate. Of all the places that I called, Ricky at EcoBak Restoration was the most knowledgeable, explained everything very clearly, gave an incredibly fair price, and was very kind.Ricky had come within a day or two to get everything started with the mitigation to help prevent any mold from forming, which can happen if you leave the water damage alone for too long.
