I am a new homeowner and my house needed some major updates and fixing. I called around a few places, and felt most assured with Coit. The person over the phone was very nice and gave me a great quote. The technician that came out fixed my tile and grout, carpet cleaning and air duct work. They were on time, explained everything to me they would be doing and the process. I am very happy with my services and would highly recommend! My carpets look brand new as well as my bathroom tile!

We recently had our ceramic tile and grout cleaned by Coit. The entire experience was seamless starting with the initial visit in which the cleaning process was explained, our questions were answered, and we were told upfront the exact cost of the service. Two days later two technicians arrived and, within an hour or so, our kitchen and foyer areas looked 100% better! The servicemen were both personable and professional, and we would certainly recommend Coit to anyone who asks! We also plan to use them again in the future for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
