At first we had issues with getting return calls, emails, etc.. We fell through every crack in the system until Erica took over our account. Once she became our contact, we felt confident subsequent steps would be taken without us having to reach out and request action every step of the way. The work (weather barrier wrap, vinyl siding replacement, window screen repair and coach light replacements) was completed by a team that I could not converse with due to a language barrier with every worker on site except for one worker that was present on the second day of our job.
