“Called Tag about Hail damage to our single-story home some time ago. Response was quick and informative. Tag worked with our insurance and said the deductible would be enough to get things started. We have a detached garage which needed gutters, also we wanted insulated windows on the north side of the house to totally insulate all windows. We decided to get siding to complete our home. Tag had a designer come out to help my Wife choose a color of siding which worked with other neighbors' homes around us. This was a big project! Each day when I came home from work, I was very impressed with the progress! We were extremely happy with the work, the cleanup, quality of all materials, and the quality of the workmanship of Tags crews! I decided to ask if Tag could replace our patio corrugated roof for me with white plastic roofing. Tag's repressive came out and gave me a very reusable quote, which I accepted. “Communication was good and they showed up on time for both the estimated and actual work. I had a leaky gutter that needed to be fixed before I had a new patio put in.I thought the pitch was off or a downspout was going to be needed off the side of my house. Watertight Roofing said pitch was good and all that was needed was an addition to go directly into the gutter, see picture. I now have a perfect working gutter with no leaks, even during torrential downpours. Thanks again to Watertight Roofing for fixing the problem.“

“I was initially cautious of going with Blair Windows & Doors after I saw the quote for my new sliding door. It was several thousand dollars cheaper than other quotes. Others quoted Andersen doors, which are inherently more expensive than Polaris (the option I was given for Vinyl), but even so, the difference was quite large. Though I was cautious, Steve gave me the assurance and referred me to another customer who had the same door installed. Once I received the positive testimony, I went ahead with it. The team always showed up when they said they would, and the install went quick. The installation crew clearly knew what they were doing, accomplishing the job in just a few hours, and was friendly the whole time. Unfortunately the install broke one of my floor tiles when removing the old door. They promptly let me know and apologized. The rest of the install went great.The following day Steve followed up to see how it went. I simply let him know what I stated above and I was contacted by Jennifer who proactively offered to credit me for the damages. This was greatly appreciated as I don't believe this was an act of negligence, but an unlucky error.I would absolutely do business with Blair Windows & Doors again, and likely will when I budget for window upgrades.“
