They alleviated all of my fears and were great!Edit - about a year later and I did end up needing this service. Ben (owner) came out himself to check the issue and give a quote. He took the time to really explain, in everyday terms, what was needed and why as well as how his work would alleviate the issue. “Communication was good and they showed up on time for both the estimated and actual work. I had a leaky gutter that needed to be fixed before I had a new patio put in.I thought the pitch was off or a downspout was going to be needed off the side of my house. Watertight Roofing said pitch was good and all that was needed was an addition to go directly into the gutter, see picture. He got us a great lawyer in Indy that wins every time and 2 yrs later our ENTIRE claim of 52k was covered Vs 13k. He told us to be patient.
