These guys were pretty prompt, and showed up and got straight to work on the carpet, The carpets definitely look better, and needed the service after a good amount of years of not being properly cleaned. These guys are absolutely amazing! We had a water main break on a Sunday afternoon and no one, I mean no one would come out to assist except these guys! Chad and his TEAM did everything they could to make a horrible situation better. Had a plumber her to fix the problem and then went right into the water remediation process! Absolutely amazing service all around. Couldn't be happier with everything they did for us!
I used Integrity for air duct cleaning. Collin, the service tech, was prompt and professional. I just had surgery and was not able to fully prepare for the duct cleaning, Collin took over and moved the items I couldn’t. I was very impressed. Collin was well dressed, spoke professionally and was compassionate to my situation. The equipment was clean and did not ding, dent or scuff anything. I will absolutely be using Integrity again!
