My service representative was Amanda when we brought in my work van in the 200 cargo to have it looked at. There were some sensors that were replaced. The shroud on The front end of the truck replaced rear backup camera and address some other issues. Amanda's professionalismm , communication, and attention to detail was exceptional. I was able to work with Kim on a Saturday with an O-ring that was demolished and the empeller was damaged because of it. I brought in the entire motor and all parts connected to it. She quickly replaced all the damaged parts and super patiently showed me how to do it. She struggled with the wiring harness due to not having all the correct tools and the old parts being stuck to the motor, eventually she got it. I took it home and connected it all back up. While I was connecting it back up, she called to make sure it was going well!! Of course, I was not done, so it was more for well needed encouragement!! I got it all hooked up and nothing...my 10 year old motor needed to be replaced. I took it all apart and brought it back. She tested the motor to make sure it was a dud and it was. We had plans that evening, so I was not able to pick it up that day, but she called me to assure me that the new motor was ready to be picked up AND that she had another employee that was more experienced with the wiring check it over to make sure it was all good. She left it with the Sunday crew and the Sunday crew knew exactly what was going on and had me out the door in a few minutes. The communication and follow up was amazing!! Pool is crystal clear!! I have been going here for years, Sun Devil has always been great, but this was amazing over the top customer service from BOTH gals that particular Saturday, it was worthy of a review, which I rarely do!!THANK YOU!!dg

I am very skinned and was very nervous to get a spray tan. I explained that I just wanted a slight sun kissed even look with out going too dark. She nailed the exact look I was going for, not too dark and not orange. It is very natural and beautiful. She was also greay about aftercare tips. I highly recommend especially if you're new to spray tanning!

I was completely happy with my SNS dip powder manicure with Marisela! I had gotten one while in CA several weeks prior and it was time for removal / reapplication. Marisela was careful and meticulous with application, and went through and smoothed / shaped them so they were perfect. The color came out lovely and I will definitely be coming back!
Best place to get your nails done in Tempe, they do the manicure carefully and my nails never got thin after back to back gel manicure. A lot of colors available and my nails always last until the next appointment.

The male nail tech was so awesome! He made sure to ask me to share if I felt any pain during my nail removal and when he did my gel it wasn’t too thick! I got a terrible haircut at another salon not a week out from flying internationally and was terrified I wouldn't be able to get another appointment to get it fixed beforehand. I was recommended this place by a couple different people.The salon was able to get me in the next day and Lacey fixed up my hair and trimmed it into shape so that it would grow out nicely again, absolutely loved having her work on my hair. I've never managed to find a hairdresser who I wanted to come back to but I think I finally have.

Peter was incredibly helpful! Not only did he fix a clog and install a new garbage disposal in our kitchen sink, but he also gave me a lot of insight as far as what to look for in the event that we ever have another issue to determine the root cause. The power to my pool pump went out and the Grivet folks came out next day, helped me troubleshoot the problem, gave me great advice on next steps to get the pump running same-day, and a plan to repair the problem (it’s going to take some concrete breaking and some digging, sadly, but that’s where the conduit is corroded.Very professional, prompt, helpful, and kind. They gave me a free 120V pool times they had on the truck to get me fixed today. 10/10 stars!

Should you need an exceptional locksmith for your facility or in my case vehicle these folks are second to none. A 1 is an absolute accurate description of these people and the organization they are a part of. In my recent case I worked with Andy, a very experienced locksmith who I understand is a "car guy". He was able to program a key fob for my Prius that functions with all the features Toyota included from the factory. Proximity sensor and all others. The same product (which I purchased from A 1) and set up would have cost more than 100% more at a dealership. I happened to be present when a couple other customers made purchases, they too left completely satisfied. Kudos

Overall amazing experience. I filled the questionnaire on the website out and was contacted by Mark within an hour or two. From there he talked through all of our concerns and even suggested a whole house clean. They were available the next day and booking took a total of 10 minutes. Adam arrived when he said he would even texting me to let me know he was running a little behind. Adam was quick and thorough, doing all 2,000sqft in about 2 hours. The floors look and smell amazing; no heavy chemical odor left behind. The pet stains and coffee stains on the carpets are no longer visible. Definitely will use again!

Hayden and his team do amazing work. They knocked out my garage floor in 1 day and installed a full set of garage cabinets in less than 4 hours. We went shopping for granite countertops. Once we saw the large format porcelain, granite was no longer an option. The kitchen was done in 2 stages. Dave and Sean rushed the order so that the first stage could be installed the day before Thanksgiving. The pass through countertop used an entire piece with very complex cuts. Dave, the local manager, came out just to ensure that everything went smoothly. It fit like a glove. The second phase involved the back splashes. Once again, they went out of their way and had them installed on Saturday before Christmas. This install took a bit longer because the installation tech's onsite cuts were very precise. We have 2 bathrooms to remodel. We are looking forward to our next great experience with Moderno.

This company does amazing work for a more than reasonable price. They came out the same day I called and started the next day. I had them remove weeds that were almost as tall as me, remove an old brick path and replace it with concrete, and lay artificial turf. It was all complete within 4 days. We saw signs of termites in one corner of our garage on a Friday evening. We called Eric at My Bug Guy Pest Solutions. He came out on Saturday walked the house inside and out. Found another small area needing treatment. He explained what we had, our treatment options and the costs. We had called other companies but Eric offered the longest initial warranty, best price and the earliest day to perform the work. He showed up exactly on time, made little to no mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also threw in a pest/scorpion treatment included in the termite service. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Not happy to have termites but overall a great experience.

When we purchased our home years back, we had rats in the ceiling. Joe came out, and after the rats were caught, he sealed off any access points. We never had problems again, until we had the roof replaced, once the roof was replaced the rats were back. Once again Joe eliminated the rats and sealed everything off again. My only regret is not having called him as soon as the roof was replaced. He also took the time to honestly discuss other concerns that we had and did not try to sell us any unneeded services. I would certainly trust Lonewolf with any future pest problems!

Joey really knows how to put you at ease. I called when I couldn’t handle the pain in my jaw anymore. I knew I had to go to the dentist but I had been putting off for weeks. Finally, I couldn’t take it and called here. Joey at the front desk has a very calm voice and actually helped me take my mind off the pain for a few minutes at least. They take Access which is what I have, so that was a double blessing since I’ve heard most dental offices don’t take it (wouldn’t know myself since this was the first place I called).
Cases are always on time, Mitch always works with office regarding time frames and cases. Great work.

I recently visited Exceptional Dental Arts to have a color match done for a replacement crown on one of my front teeth. The staff made the process extremely easy — they called me to set up each appointment and were ready at the scheduled appointment time each time I went in.I explained the issues with the last crown, and the person working with me took notes and was very communicative. She answered each question I had and allowed me to see the progress on the tooth, which I found to be very professional as it showed she cared about how I felt about it.I now have my new crown in and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. O is professional and knowledgeable. He always has good availability. He doesn't try to do unnecessary treatments. He can adjust as needed for each visit depending on what my body needs at the moment and l always leave feeling so much better. He also has been adjusting my daughter and he has always adjusted my in-laws in all different stages of health. I'm a bigger gal and he has no problem getting my adjustments. That was always something I worried about before meeting Dr. O. I would give 6 stars if that were and option!
I've been coming here for quite a few years because Dr Figa and his team are simply the best! I have been to many chiropractors over the years but this is by far the best place I have ever been. From the moment you come in and are greeted by front office staff and then given treatment by the therapists for whatever is hurting at the moment to the most gentle but extremely effective adjustments I have ever had this place is amazing! I wish I found Arizona chiropractor group sooner ! After what felt like the blink of an eye, my pain melted away after my first few adjustments. Dr.Mioni is a great conversation and an amazing chiropractor. You know you're at the right place when you walk into a Doctors office, and the first thing you hear is " how are you doing today ? " with a smile. The staff knows how to make things clear and easy to follow when it come to scheduling and directions. Any questions I have wether is scheduling, pain, or concerns they are on the ball with an answer. I would recommend this chiropractor to everyone and anyone !

Came for the coupon, will return for the experience. I have a very anxious kitty. She is the ultimate scary cat. Yes she was very anxious and scared while there, however more comfortable than she has ever been at any other vet. They have a separate section for cats away from the dogs which I think helped. The nurse was an absolute sweetheart the doctor was nice as well. And for the first time after coming home from a vet my cat roamed the house freely instead of spending the rest of the day / night hiding. I will definitely return the next time one of my fur babies needs a doctor. And I would absolutely recommend this place to others .
Dr. Patty is an angel. She is reasonably priced and offers information on the least invasive methods to address issues. She is kind, patient, and clearly has a very special connection with animals. All around amazing vet.
Dr.Wells is amazing. Very practical and detail oriented.Took my GSD who was limping. Possible cause was Panosteitis. Gave her steroid injection and medicines. Think i will not go anywhere

I have been with Dr. Edwards and Pecan Grove for almost 15 years. I don’t have words to describe how much I trust and respect Dr. Edwards and her practice.Her staff is amazing, kind, and understanding of all my pets needs and little “quirks”. Dr. E loves my little mutt dogs as much as I do, especially my little chihuahua mix.She always ensures that any questions or concerns I have are answered and she will always give it to me straight and not suggest treatments or therapy routes that she doesn’t think are beneficial.Even though I moved away from Tempe long ago, I still drive the 35mins from North Phoenix to go to her and her team b/c I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!

Very personable with the doggies .loved to talk to them to ease them and takes her time. I have never seen a dog petrified to get there or leave in bad shape. She's super friendly and kind and will explain in detail any situation and what's best for the babies. ♡ love it here !

I have declared a "STAR RATING" for SPA 4 PAWS MOBILE GROOMERS NOT FOR SERVICES RENDERED due to the fact that in the end, we did not end up using their services. BUT because I felt that OUR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE at the same time as a 1STAR reviewer posted needed to be told from another perspective. My husband & i were attempting to schedule an appointment for our dog in our home we are leasing in Mesa (we have recently relocated from Cleveland,Ohio) I felt compelled to speak up from the point of a "potential client" in the hope of demonstrating how both transparency and being upfront with clients on the provider's part as well as a little bit of perception, common sense, grace & kindness on the client's part worked out to everyone's advantage. To be fair, a provider should figure out a way to fulfill an appointment to a potential customer in any way they can; even if it means attempting to find another person to cover their appointment in the event they are unable - no matter what the reason & if time allows hopefully - to meet with the client. In the event that EVERY AVENUE HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED TO THEM to do so, THEN they can exercise the option to let their appointment know there is a "personal issue" and THEN ALLOW THE CLIENT THE OPTION TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER TIME OR WITH ANOTHER GROOMER IN THE GROUP. But trying always to "never let them see you sweat," especially in a service driven industry and especially in one that is a concierge style service. As one more often the service provided than the one receiving the service (like a million to 1 times over!) I have had this drilled into me cradle to ...well almost grave. We experienced a similar situation around the same time period a previous 6/19 reviewer wrote about. HOWEVER THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR EXPERIENCE & THEIRS, & THE REASON WHY WE WANTED TO WRITE & SPEAK UP FOR THIS SERVICE was that whenever a provider tells us they must cancel, & they do so about 15 minutes prior to arrival time at our home, we IMMEDIATELY UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETHING RATHER FIRE or at least of GREAT IMPORTANCE IS GOING ON IN THEIR LIFE. In our case we were not going anywhere that this needed to be done immediately. In fact, at this point we had been having a difficult time finding a mobile groomer. Given that fact, and just plain common sense ( from the couple who if something is going to go wrong, it will with my husband and me ), know to find & schedule these things WAAAY ahead of any special event needed. When we got the call about a personal matter and the need to reschedule, we left it that the GROOMER was to CALL/TEXT us to reschedule WHEN HIS ISSUES WERE RESOLVED. To make an already too long story short, the same PAWS 4 SPAS GROOMER DID GET BACK to us a couple days later and thanked us for our understanding. He was ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL and RESCHEDULED us right away but this next time WE needed to cancel and reschedule. The last time we were to have an appointment was a REPEAT of our first time. HOWEVER, because of our communication over the past several weeks and the level of PATIENCE and PROFESSIONAL KINDNESS as well as just PLAIN OLD KINDNESS we had a pretty good idea of what was happening in the groomer's life and because of this, we decided not to add to his stress & chose to not reschedule yet again and moved on. One could make the case that yes, IT IS HIS JOB and he needs to fulfill his commitments. But, we also know that if WE were having personal issues, AND WE DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHAT THOSE ARE, that's why they are personal ultimately, and we were struggling to keep it all going, once in a while, for the good of not only the person but the face of the company as a whole because that is who this person is trying to represent, it's sometimes best to take a step back, realize that we are flesh and blood not robotic companies and we need to understand we all have speed bumps in our roads. Often I would rather work with companies who admit to their human side rather than deny
I have been taking my dog to Shelly's since I moved to the East valley. So far no problems. My labradoodle haircut always comes back well groomed, smelling good, nails clipped short and he seems to not have an issue. It's so funny because when I dropped him off, he walked himself to one of the kernels, he knows the routine! They normally give me a time to pick up and call me roughly 15 before he is actually ready. They accept cash or check only which can be an inconvenience at times.

I spent last weekend in Tempe and was thrilled to find the Arizona Yoga Company within a 10-minute walk of my hotel. The cute, clean studio is tucked away in a courtyard just off of busy Mill Street. The teachers were warm and welcoming, and gave lots of options for modifying poses so people at every level in their practice could access them successfully. I took an evening Yin class and a morning power flow class and loved both. As someone just in town for a few days, I really appreciated their walk-in model. Not having to sign up online was great. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Tempe!
The classes here are incredible. Jim’s instructions are easy to follow and his courses are calming and grounding. I feel like I have landed at my Yoga home! I highly recommend Jim’s classes, both in person and online!
I started yoga with a few welcome offers in the area, I'm glad I started here because it's so welcoming. After exploring the area for a couple months, I came right back and got the unlimited pass.I have been very fit most of my adult life - I never realized how good I could feel until I took yoga seriously for a few months. I sometimes walk in feeling stressed out & like I've been fighting my body all day and walk out feeling relaxed in mind and body.
A co-worker recommended this studio to me, and I'm glad she did.I've visited a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff and instructors. Nice views.They offer a wide range of class options including wall yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra, and (my personal favorite) yin yoga.This studio is very affordable as well. I like to visit different studios around the East Valley (the MindBody app has been great for this!) and have found their rates to be some of the best.
Dusty is a wonderful teacher. The practice was fun with just enough challenge and no heat! It is rate to find a class of this type in the area. I truly loved it and look forward to going back!
Pilates Tempe was wonderful! My friend goes and recommended that I try it out when I told her that I was really interested in Reformer Pilates! I'm so happy I went!! I did a private one on one lesson first and it felt like a real lesson! (Unlike some of the more commercial Pilates businesses who have "intro classes" where you touch the machine for 10 minutes ). I loved how easy going they were and that they didn't pressure me to buy certain packages/a certain amount of classes. The workouts don't feel like workouts when I'm doing them but my body feels them the next day!
My fiance and I have been coming here for a year now and we love it. Everyone is so nice and the people are very friendly . It's been working well.

Had a rough start getting in due to having to reschedule a couple times and the day that I actually arrived turned out to be a really rough morning for me. Jeanette was very understanding and the massage was great. To be honest though, it was the empathy and the pep talk and some positive reinforcement that I needed more than anything today.
I found Pamela at Awakening Nu Energy as a result of looking for a scalp massage. It was an amazing massage, and she has a very calming energy. A major draw to her is that she specializes in a variety of massages that are hard to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend her!
The service was great. Facility was clean and smelled great. Staff was kind and accommodating. The massage I got was a Swedish 60 min and the woman (I forgot her name) but she was amazing. I definitely recommend this place especially if you need a last minute relax!
I am incredibly grateful for all the help I have received through Revive Physical Therapy! On my first day, my mobility was so limited that I could hardly sit during my initial meeting. Andy always took the time to explain his assessments to help me understand what was causing my limitations and his plan to help me regain mobility. Through in-person and at home exercises I made such a complete turn around, and I am so happy with my results! Andy and all the staff are so supportive as well as friendly, they always took the time to ask questions, adjusted my treatments and they genuinely seem to care about my recovery. Just came from a session with Craig and remembered to write a review - been going bi-weekly for a few months and my knee pain has improved dramatically!Craig is knowledgeable, professional and consultative. I am so glad that I did because my back is better.I highly recommend Jessica because she is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She is also flexible with scheduling. This place is amazing!! They have magic hands. I went about a year and a half ago to treat a burning pain in my leg which they were able to cure. I have recently gone for shoulder and arm pain.
