I spent last weekend in Tempe and was thrilled to find the Arizona Yoga Company within a 10-minute walk of my hotel. The cute, clean studio is tucked away in a courtyard just off of busy Mill Street. The teachers were warm and welcoming, and gave lots of options for modifying poses so people at every level in their practice could access them successfully. I took an evening Yin class and a morning power flow class and loved both. As someone just in town for a few days, I really appreciated their walk-in model. Not having to sign up online was great. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Tempe!

I found this yoga studio about 2 months ago and fell in love after my first class. I was searching for a donation based studio which is what my former studio in AL switched to and Arizona Yoga Co was first on my list. I make the drive from East Mesa a few times a week and it's worth it. All the instructors are amazing and welcoming. The studio has such a awesome vibe. I've been telling everyone I know to come take a class. ?

This donation-based drop-in yoga spot in the heart of Tempe is a gem. Their suggested donation of $10 a class is far more affordable than just about any yoga studio. I love the regular power vinyasa sessions and monthly sound baths. The instructors are friendly and welcoming. The space is perfect for yoga: minimal, dimly lit but for a few windows, and quiet as long as you can avoid busy hours on Mill Ave. Yoga mats are available to rent. Finding free parking is the only challenge but there are plenty of meters and garages in the area.
