The classes here are incredible. Jim’s instructions are easy to follow and his courses are calming and grounding. I feel like I have landed at my Yoga home! I highly recommend Jim’s classes, both in person and online!

Classes here are amazing! After a search for a high quality online yoga class, I am home. To be perfectly honest, I was skeptical how it would all work but my schedule didn't allow for in person so I went for it. Initially, I felt a little uncomfortable and embarrassed as I fumbled my way through the first few classes but Jim was extremely supportive and helpful with feedback to get me into a better space. The depth of stretch and personalization is incredible. He is super knowledgeable and addresses both the body and mind which I find rewarding. Highly recommend these classes!
