I called 3 other rooter services on a Saturday afternoon and they promised someone would call back in an hour but no response from 2 and 3rd said tech was on the way, except when they gave me his number for details to get to my house he said he was at lunch and would be another hour at least. I finally called Roto-rooter and got a call back in 15 mins and tech was here 20 mins later. My tech Armando worked on a very stubborn clean out past 11pm came back on Sunday and wouldn't stop until it was clear. Thanks Roto-rooter!
