My service representative was Amanda when we brought in my work van in the 200 cargo to have it looked at. There were some sensors that were replaced. The shroud on The front end of the truck replaced rear backup camera and address some other issues. Amanda's professionalismm , communication, and attention to detail was exceptional. Experience at Nissan service center, Autonation Tempe has been immaculate. The staff is very courteous and helpful. All the required service changes were also completed correctly. And the communication regarding the service update has been great too. Definitely worth choosing them over their contemporaries.
I was really impressed with an employee in the service department, Carlos! It was my 1st time getting my Nissan serviced with an oil change and I was a bit confused on where to start but he came over right away and greated his self and answered my questions. Thank you Carlos for all your help.
