I recently visited Exceptional Dental Arts to have a color match done for a replacement crown on one of my front teeth. The staff made the process extremely easy — they called me to set up each appointment and were ready at the scheduled appointment time each time I went in.I explained the issues with the last crown, and the person working with me took notes and was very communicative. She answered each question I had and allowed me to see the progress on the tooth, which I found to be very professional as it showed she cared about how I felt about it.I now have my new crown in and I couldn’t be happier. We recently switched to Exceptional Dental Arts for all of our fixed restorative work after working with Ura and his team on a few "all-on-four" cases that went smoothly. The work has been great and communication with Scott through texting regarding cases is super helpful for me to communicate at my convenience to fine tune case designs. Any issues with implant design are brought to my attention and they are great at providing options when difficult cases arise.Today we delivered nine crowns #20-29 with no inter-proximal adjustments and only a small adjustment on the occlusion of #27. Professional, punctual, high quality products and excellent customer service. Chris in removable and Mike our pickup/ delivery person have been awesome to work with. Crowns just fall in with perfect occlusion. Love these guys. 10/10 recommend.
