I started yoga with a few welcome offers in the area, I'm glad I started here because it's so welcoming. After exploring the area for a couple months, I came right back and got the unlimited pass.I have been very fit most of my adult life - I never realized how good I could feel until I took yoga seriously for a few months. I sometimes walk in feeling stressed out & like I've been fighting my body all day and walk out feeling relaxed in mind and body.

I am new to the area and tried One Tribe for lunchtime Vinyasa. The instructor was great and had a fun and challenging flow. The studio is beautiful and welcoming. I’m so thankful to have this studio just down the road from my house!

The Sound Bath Healing Workshop was absolutely beautiful tonight. I highly recommend this 90 minute respite from reality. Deb is so skilled with the sounds and it’s a great way to focus inward.
