Grateful for the excellent service we received from Chris at Beyer. We've had long term issues with our dryer that other service companies failed to address. The challenge was that our dryer was void of any indication of which model it actually is, which made finding the correct parts difficult. However, Chris and the Beyer team went above and beyond to ensure they got us on track. Chris provided excellent heads-up communication, was courteous in our home and even took a few extra minutes to answer our questions about proper maintenance care on both our washer and dryer.

Everyone at Beyer offers great service, including the front office, and the technician. Appointments were easy. The tech was on time, very professional, and personal. The repair estimate was very reasonable. They apply your service fee to your repair or toward a replacement model from their showroom. Rating Excellent!

Beyer came out today to repair my refrigerator. Kiley was on time, polite, and very competent. He had my unit repaired very quickly, and I am extremely pleased. I would recommend Beyer Appliance Service to anyone! Have to say I've always had excellent service from Rosie-Certified companies.
