I was able to work with Kim on a Saturday with an O-ring that was demolished and the empeller was damaged because of it. I brought in the entire motor and all parts connected to it. She quickly replaced all the damaged parts and super patiently showed me how to do it. She struggled with the wiring harness due to not having all the correct tools and the old parts being stuck to the motor, eventually she got it. I took it home and connected it all back up. While I was connecting it back up, she called to make sure it was going well!! Of course, I was not done, so it was more for well needed encouragement!! We had the pleasure of working with Kim and AJay on our repair. The communication was amazing and made things easy. Their pricing was fair and their customer service was amazing. AJay was polite and kept the work space clean! We'll definitely use this company again in the future!

the shop is clean and well stocked and the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. prices are competitive and the rural location convenient. i'm typically in and out, in only a few minutes, with my usual homeowners pool maintenance supplies. good people and good service in my experience.
