A co-worker recommended this studio to me, and I'm glad she did.I've visited a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff and instructors. Nice views.They offer a wide range of class options including wall yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra, and (my personal favorite) yin yoga.This studio is very affordable as well. I like to visit different studios around the East Valley (the MindBody app has been great for this!) and have found their rates to be some of the best.

I'm deeply grateful for my time here! I was only in Arizona for a few months on an internship, but this place became a major influence in my life. At the time there were regular Yin and Nidra classes, which I'd attend as often as I could. As I'd come to find out later this deeply meditative side of Yoga is kind of hard to come by. I discovered a lot about myself in that time. Thank you!

Tranquility!!! That's what comes to my mind as soon as this place is mentioned. They have some of the best yoga facilitators who take all the time to make sure you are in the right postures even if class strength is high. Their rooms face the little pond and green area which is so calming. I've been here for Hatha yoga but their Reiki and Yin yoga sessions are what I mostly go there for. Some of their old teachers aren't there since after covid but still my go to place for restorative yoga any day even if that means driving 40 mins each side.
