My daughter called me to inform me that a man in his 30s was following her around and would not stop trying to talk to her as she continued on to different equipment. She said this has happened before with the same man. I advised her not to say or do anything that would provoke this man into an angry or aggressive state, amongst other precautionary safeguards. Unbeknownst to my daughter, I called the front desk and a gentleman, "Brandon", was incredibly empathetic and helpful. He exuded incredible professionalism, actively listened, and assured me that he would check on my daughter and monitor the man harassing her in a discreet manner as I requested so that my daughter is not targeted by this man. Thank you so much "front desk" Brandon. You comforted this concerned mother.

I have been to atleast 7 different LA Fitness/ESPORTA locations across Phoenix and the East valley... as well as another 5-7 in other states around the country. It is VERY rare when I get greeted walking in/scanning my app. I intentionally take out my headphones as I'm walking in to say something to them and sometimes I'm not evening acknowledged... so I wanted to thank the young lady sitting at the front when I walked in about 1:35pm Sunday 12/31. I believe the trainer/manager told me her name was Lakia (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong). I don't know what other responsibilities they have to do at the free, but I think greeting people as they walk and leave is very minimal to ask. Thank you to this location, the young lady, and whoever trained her.

This gym has all the equipment you could possibly ask for. One of my favorite parts of the gym is the turf for sled pushes which you see now in a lot of workout programs. It also has plenty of squat racks and free weights. One of the cleaner facilities I’ve seen too.
