They are good people and honor their work. Johnny M has been the primary technician I’ve worked with, and he has always been excellent. Today, my AC went out, and he was here in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate this company and plan to continue to do business with them.Edit 12/29/2023: I recently had PriceMyAC back out to install a new AC unit (Bosch rooftop packaged unit). I got a few quotes - their pricing was on the lower end, and I already knew I could trust them, so it was an easy choice. I had a bunch of questions, and John Lamont (CEO) was happy to explain and talk me through everything. John and Johnny did an excellent job on the install. They put in a larger roof jack, added an additional return for better airflow, and made sure my ducts were in a good shape to handle the new unit. They installed my refrigeration/heat system six years ago, and it has worked great with no problems.
