“Called Arrowhead Aire because of an central unit not working properly. Expected they were going to come in a few days, but Bryan picked up my call immediately and told me he would get here the same day in a few hours.Came out, I was waiting for him to tell me the unit needed to be replaced (as the unit is older) However, he quickly found an issue with a capacitor and was able to get replaced in under 30 min. He was very courteous, helpful, you can tell he has been doing this for a long time, and above all he wasn’t in it to come make us spend our savings on a brand new unit. Really appreciated his honesty. From now on I am using Arrowhead Aire for ANY Hvac needs. Thank you!!“

“As always happens, our AC went out in the middle of the blazingly hot Arizona summer. We called Heydorn AC in the evening and they were able to come out the very next morning to diagnose. Bruce and Justin showed up right on time and did the most thorough inspection our HVAC system has ever had. They found that besides our condenser going out that the builder had never installed our drain pan at the correct angle, which was shorting out the system, a problem that two other companies never noticed (or if they did, never bothered to fix). They fixed that problem same day, and we chose to replace our AC unit with them due to the age of the unit. Bruce was able to order the Trane unit same day, and Justin and his team installed it the very next morning. We were blown away by their honest care and attention, and their prices were hugely competitive compared to anyone else. We will never use anyone else for our AC maintenance and repairs!“

“Allstar just recently replaced our 18 yr old AC units. Jay gave us an honest upfront price without doing a home consultation as some wanted. They were quick in getting the units replaced. He also came at end of the day to double check everything. He even went through the home to ensure all the vents were open blowing air correctly.
