AZ Valley responded quickly to replace my AC units in August ?! Annual service was included. They called me for an appt, came out on time and checked everything out. Great service and professionalism! Important for such a high value home items. Highly Recommend for quality, value and service.

Josh is seriously so amazing. My AC went out and he came out shortly after I called. He took a look at the issue (Freon/Metering Device) and suggested that I contact my Home Warranty company to save some money. My home warranty company sent a contractor out who was trying to convince me that I needed a new coil that would have cost $4500 out of pocket. I called Josh back to ask for his opinion and he said that was not needed. I opted to go with Josh as he is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, has a quick turnaround, and was very professional. Josh was very responsive and was able to come out right away. Fixed the capacitor on my A/C. So grateful for the quick fix in 107 degrees!
