We've been using BFS Home Warranty for 7-8 years now - and it's not only been worth every penny - they've ALWAYS gone \"above and beyond\" in the way they do business. 1 - They respond immediately (I can't remember when they have ever took longer than a couple of hours to get back to us - even on the hottest day of a holiday weekend 2 - Quality - some problems - they look at and try t fix and just decide to replace a part or even the whole unit. What ever it is, they come in with crisp expertise and competence. 3 - BUT the part that stands out the most is that they are HONEST, they Communicate and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for getting the job done. The honesty - particularly from the Owner?/Manager? Leigh Fichter - seems to extend to anyone who comes out to our house. Not only are they honest - but you can tell that they are there to get the job done right - NOT just to do the minimum requirements and leave. Over the years, we've had some routine issues, some special problems, and some emergencies (like the AC dying right before a weekend of planned holiday parties in a house filled with guests). They always come through. So BFS is one of our best investments we've ever made in our home, and we can't say enough good things about this company, their managers and their people.“

Expected they were going to come in a few days, but Bryan picked up my call immediately and told me he would get here the same day in a few hours.Came out, I was waiting for him to tell me the unit needed to be replaced (as the unit is older) However, he quickly found an issue with a capacitor and was able to get replaced in under 30 min. Had my AC tuneup with ProSkills last week, and they told me I needed a new compressor fan motor and then quoted me $894. I knew that was too high, so I called and they came down to $816. Boy am I glad I got a second opinion. I was referred to Wahl AC by a friend of mine who is a general contractor, so I knew he’d be leading me in a legit direction. Chris Wahl came out to my house, and verified I didn’t even need a new compressor fan motor at all. It was running just fine, took the hood off my unit with me right there, checked the amps & all the numbers… ProSkills lost my business that day and Wahl AC has it for as long as I live here in Phoenix.
