I am so grateful for this company! HONEST and KIND people. Pretty hard to come by these days, but they do exist. I’d been using ProSkills for my AC/heating tuneups for a handful of years now. Had my AC tuneup with ProSkills last week, and they told me I needed a new compressor fan motor and then quoted me $894. I knew that was too high, so I called and they came down to $816. Boy am I glad I got a second opinion. I was referred to Wahl AC by a friend of mine who is a general contractor, so I knew he’d be leading me in a legit direction. Chris was very nice and professional the whole time. I always hear horror stories that AC companies try to upsell a new unit and monthly memberships, which turns into thousands of dollars, when they could've just fixed it. My dog pulled out the wires and we tried to YouTube fix it but couldn't figure it out. Chris knew exactly what needed to be done before he even arrived and he explained why it wouldn't turn on and what he needed to do. Not once, did he try to sell me a new unit or a monthly membership, etc. He added a mesh wire for added protection from the dog which was not on the invoice. Definitely recommend especially if your dog chewed up or pulled your AC wires!!
Wahl Air Conditioning is our new favorite HVAC service company.A long time friend & trusted HVAC expert retired earlier this year. He referred us to Wahl because he had repeatedly heard over the years that Wahl was very reasonable in their prices and very good at what they do. So when we needed to replace two residential outside and inside HVAC systems we called Wahl. Two reps came out (father & son, in fact) and assessed what we needed, recommended a few options and estimated costs. We checked on their estimate with our trusted friend, who confirmed fair pricing.
